2016 Goals | Review

Hi everyone! Seasons Greetings! I hope you've had a lovely time over Christmas. This month has been both a busy and difficult one for me. Between having so many festive preparations to sort out as well as feeling very much under the weather, it's been a challenge for me to blog. I feel so bad for my major lack of posts this month. I've been having a bad mental health day almost constantly for the last few weeks, and it has really taken it's toll on my productivity and energy. I definitely seem to struggle more in the winter months, it's probably related to seasonal affective disorder. Does anyone else experience this? I'd love some tips on how to manage it if you have any :) I'd be super grateful. Anyhow, on with today's post... I thought since it's drawing very close to the end of the year, it would be a great time to reflect on the goals I sent myself back in January. You can read my original post here. I hope you all enjoy reading!

2016 Goals Review

The goals that I didn't complete

Life doesn't always go to plan; sometimes you can't achieve some of the things you wanted to within a desired amount of time. It's important that you remember this and don't beat yourself up if you don't manage to complete everything on your to-do-list, goals or any other kind of plan you've set for yourself. It's difficult not to feel bad sometimes when you wanted to meet goals that you'd set for yourself, but there's other things that can get in the way and limit you being able to do something and that's okay. There were quite a few things I'd liked to have done in 2016, however because of many reasons including health restrictions and lack of money, I couldn't do them. I've decided that I'm not going to look at this negatively and just try again next year.

One of these goals was to dye my hair a bright colour, which didn't happen because I spent money on things I needed for self care or to do fun things with my friends. These are all important things and helped bring moments of happiness into my year so I have no regrets! Getting more tattoos is something that is still at the top of my list of things I want to do, however I'd have to travel quite a bit to get to the studios of the tattooists I would love to do them. Fingers crossed I can plan something for 2017. With so many of my goals, I started to do them but then for various reasons didn't end up completing them. I really wanted to keep a memory jar. I found a great coffee jar for it, tied some pretty ribbon around it and added a few notes throughout January, but then I basically forgot to keep up with it! As for my 'to watch list' which got filled with a ridiculous amount of shows and movies whilst I was at university... I actually managed to work my way throught it quite well for the first half of the year but then I got distracted by other shows I'd found on netflix. Ooops! So much to watch and so little time it seems :)

The goals I checked off my list!

(1) Go to more gigs; this year has been an amazing one for me with regards to live music. Me and my best friend went to see Busted in May which was such a lovely and nostaglic experience! The band Busted are special to us because we both loved them at the beginning of high school and our first ever conversation was about our love for Matt Willis ♥ I also saw Bowling For Soup live for the second time, but this time was extra amazing because after waiting outside after the gig, we got to meet the guys from the band!! Another amazing event that I attend this year was the Eurovision Song Contest. I have been a fan of the Eurovision for over ten years now, and this year me & one of my closest friends decided it was time to watch the fabulous show live in Stockholm, Sweden. I wouldh have ended the year with one more gig, to see Melanie Martinez, but unfortunately she was poorly and had to cancel her shows.

(2) Join in with twitter chats; I have really enjoyed getting more involved on twitter this year! I have had such lovely conversations with fellow bloggers and lots of others through some great chats. My favourite have been #spooniespeak, #letmefemsplain & #thegirlgang, especially the Mean Girls movie night chat which was so fun! It's been lovely to discuss topics that are important to me or on subjects that interest me. One of the things I missed most about university after I graduated was having fellow students around to chat with, so it was great to find this in twitter chats, especially since I spend a lot of time at home nowadays!

(3) Start writing again; I used to love to write short stories when I was a teenager, it was something that found quite therapeutic and so I thought it would be a good way to practice self care and hopefully benefit my mental health. I've started writing again over the last few months and it has been helpful in distracting my mind when I've been overthinking or getting intrustive thoughts. I've definitely going to carry this on into 2017.

2016 Goals Review

(4) Go on holiday with a friend; As I mentioned earlier, my friend & I went to visit Sweden to watch the Eurovision Song Contest live in May this year. We also spent some time sight-seeing around the city. I had a lovely time and it was my first ever holiday going with a friend. It was a big challenge for me due to my anxiety, but I am so happy that I did it! I had a wonderful time and I can't wait to visit more new places with my friends.

(5) Get better at make-up; I feel like I have definitely improved my skills of applying eye shadow and I can now create a nice smokey-eye too although I could definitely improve my skills :) Practice has made almost perfect when it comes to my winged eyeliner game. There's so much more that I want to learn over the next year though.

(6) Get involved more & help people; something that I love about blogs is how important and influential they are for educating people and getting them talking about controversial, taboo or stigmatized topics. I wanted to do my part to help end the stigma around such topics and to discuss my personal experience living with physical and mental health conditions. This also helped me to achieve another of my 2016 goals, to talk more about my mental health, and if reading my posts could help just one person then it would be worth sharing my story. I also got involved with as many charity events as I could via my blog and/or social media, such as Time to Talk Day and the Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal. I hope that reading about these initiatives that others might join in themselves.

(7) Travel more around the UK; I did plan on visiting some towns and cities this year that I had never been to before, but I didn't end up getting the chance to. I did go on holiday though with my family to both Rhyl in North Wales and to Southport, which were both awesome trips.

(8) Be more open about my anxiety & depression; this was one of the goals I made this year that meant the most of me to achieve. My mental health has been a major challenge for me over the last five years, and as soon as I graduated from university, I decided it was time to seek help from the NHS mental health services. I am currently taking medication and going to therapy, but I felt that it would be very bebeneficial for me to talk more about how my mental health conditions were impacting my everyday life, to be more open with my friends and family, but also to help myself deal with the symptoms and how isolated mental illness can make you feel I decided that talking about my experiences would be a crucial step in my recovery. It has had a really positive effect on me to be open about my mental health so I am glad that I made this step.

(9) Improve my confidence; blogging has been wonderful wondfor me when it comes to my confidence, and I have all of my amazing readers to thank for that. Your support, your lovely comments and interaction with me via social media has really worked wonders for my confidence. When I first started blogging, I was worried that my posts might be boring and that no-one would want to regularly read my blog, so it's been super super lovely to have so many awesome followers. Thankyou so much guys! Sharing posts on topics that are important to me and writing about my health has also been great for my overall confidence. I have found such a supportive network of fellow spoonies that have helped me feel comfortable talking about mental illness with no fear of judgement. It's amazing how much support there is in the blogging community ♥

Overall 2016 has been a year full of up's and down's when it comes to my health, however its also been a fabulous year in overcoming my anxiety and doing things that I thought would take me years to do. I am proud of myself for the goals that I have achieved even though there were lots that I didn't manage to do, I still feel awesome when I look back on what I have done and how thats helped me in so many ways. Thankyou to all of you guys who always read my ramblings. It means the world to me :) I hope that you've all made some wonderful memories of your own this year, and have a brilliant 2017!

  Thankyou for reading!

Christmas Lush Haul

Happy Saturday Everyone! I can't believe it's a week away until Christmas; time has flown by this month! And I guess what? I still haven't finished doing all of my Christmas shopping! hahaha please tell me some of you are in the same boat right now. I'm going to spend the next few days gathering the last of my presents and sending out Christmas cards, and it will be feel so good when I'm finally all prepared for the special day :) Today, I'm going to be sharing with you all of the lovely products I bought in my recent Lush Haul. The Christmas range at Lush is always amazing, and I've been really looking forward to showing you guys which ones I chose. I hope you enjoy reading. Happy Holidays!

Lush Haul

As usual, my haul is made up of mostly Bath Bombs because Lush Bath Bombs are literally one of my favourite things in the world! They are such fantastic quality, the fragrances are lovely and strong too, and the colours that these bathbombs contain always surprises me! They leave my skin feeling smooth and smelling great. I literally can't stop smelling myself after I get out of the bath. You know you all do this too ;).

Since there is no Lush store in my hometown, I visited the store in the Manchester Arndale shopping centre when I went over to visit the Christmas Markets with my mum. I had a budget for the day, which included money for the markets and to pop into the Build-A-Bear-Workshop to buy the new Charmander plushie. However, I spent so much in Lush that I barely had any left for the markets, oops! Even though I also had a £10 gift card for the store that one of my amazing friends bought me for my birthday back in October! haha. So here's what I bought, as well as a couple that I got as Christmas presents for my loved ones that I can't show on here :)

Christmas Lush Haul

What I bought in my Lush Christmas Range Haul

• Northern Lights Bath Bomb
• Mistletoe Bath Bomb
• Father Christmas Bath Bomb
• Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb
• Never Mind The Ballistics Bath Bomb
• Ickle Baby Bot Bath Bomb (I got one for my nephew's birthday, and one for myself to try out)
• Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb (I really loved this product when I bought it at Halloween, so I couldn't resist getting another!)
• Santasaurus Bubble Bar

This adorable little dinosaur was the only bubble bar I got. I'm not a huge fan of bubble baths so I only buy a bubble bar if it looks really pretty or if it smells amazing! I got this one because it's a dinosaur, and I bloody love them! It was impossible for me to walk past them and not get one. It smells great too, a lovely citrusy scent. The ingredients includes Brazilian Orange, Cream of Tartar, Glycerine and Bergamot (another citrus fruit). He's almost too cute to use!

Above you can see the Ickle Baby Bot; it's another really sweet little bath bomb that's shaped like a robot :) It's specifically made to be used for children (any age over 6 months) with a mild formula that is gentle on their skin. It's intented to be used before bedtime and includes ingredients such as a lavender, chamomile and sandalwood. I'm not personally a huge fan of lavender but I wanted to see what it was like since I bought one for my nephew. It was also so cheap at only £1.95!

Christmas Lush Haul

These two bath bombs (plus the Ickle Baby Bot) were the only products that I knew I wanted to purchase before I went into the store. I was drawn to the Mistletoe Bath Bomb mostly because of the fact it was a Christmas edition and it was a pretty colour so I was curious to see what bath art it would make. It has a strong floral fragrance made up of jasmine, ylang ylang and vetivert. I can't wait to try it! Last year, I spotted the Father Christmas Bath Bomb all over instagram and was gutted that I hadn't got myself one, so that's why it was at the top of my list this year! I'm saving him to use on Christmas Eve or Day. I absolutely love his design, it looks so cool. The ingredients are: sodium bicarbonate, synthetic musk and gardenia. Fellow lushies, which is your favourite out of the two?

Christmas Lush Haul

I really love the pink and yellow colour combination so it was impossible to ignore the Never Mind the Ballistics Bath Bomb. Upon closer inspection, I also thought it was so cool because the pink part feels something like wax, which I've never seen on a Lush Bath Bomb before! It's another fabulous fragranced product too containing fresh banana, orange and lime oil and fair trade cocoa butter. I'm excited to find out what happens when it's dropped into the bath :)

The Northern Lights Bath Bomb is another unique-looking product. The name of it definitely interested me because I imagined it would be very colourful inside. It has always been a dream of mine to visit Iceland or Norway and see the Northern Lights for myself. One of my best friends recently went to Iceland and saw them, and I'm super jealous! Before I get carried away with myself, the ingredients inside this Christmas Bath Bomb are ylang ylang and jasmine, oh and cream of tartar.

I came across the Lush Luxury Pud Bath Bomb on tumblr and just needed it! It was the first Bath Bomb that I deviated from my shopping list to get and it kickstarted my spending spree, oops! It was too colourful to resist, and I thought that the little holly detail on top was so sweet. If it didn't look so awesome, I'd probably not have bought it because it contains lavender, as well as benzoin, ylang ylang and tonka. I've actually already used my Lush Luxury Pud because it was too tempting to wait until I wrote up this post. To see what it looked like in the bath, head over to my instagram. It is one of my favourite Lush products so far and I couldn't really smell the lavender in my bath, which I was very pleased about.

Christmas Lush Haul

Well, I am certainly all stocked up on Bath Bombs for a while now. I'm really impressed with the amount of Christmas bath products that Lush releases each year. Usually you see maybe two seasonal Bath Bombs released by other companies, but Lush make so many different ones. It's very awesome! There's something for everyone, and seasonal items pretty much across their entire product range. There's more Bath Bombs that I didn't get, however I think I'll see if they have them next year :)

Thankyou for reading!

Festive Drinks at Costa #2

Today, I made another trip to the local Costa to try out some more of the Christmas drinks, and as promised here is another review post all about what I thought of them. Have any of you tried the Christmas drinks for yourself yet? Let me know which and whether you enjoyed it in the comments! I hope you all enjoy this post :)

Costa Christmas Drinks

The Christmas drinks range at Costa includes gingerbread latte, salted caramel cappuccino, toasted marshmallow hot chocolate, honeycomb latte, lindt hot chocolate, mint hot chocolate and black forest hot chocolate. So many flavours that sound delicious! Last month, I got myself a honeycomb latte and tried the black forest hot chocolate too, since my mum was with me and that's the flavour she decided on. You can read all about them what we thought of them here. Today, I opted for the salted caramel cappuccino since I've been drinking a lot of hot chocolate this month haha! My mum chose the mint hot choccie.

Costa Christmas Drinks

I was intrigued about how this cappuccino would taste, whether it would be reminiscent of the caramel latte, which is my personal favourite hot drink, or not. I'm not actually a huge fan of salted caramel, not that I dislike it, I just wouldn't usually choose to eat something of this flavour, however I was curious about the drink. The Costa website describes the Salted Caramel Cappuccino as 'the frothiest of coffees with a dash of salted caramel syrup, topped with shimmery salted caramel fudge crumb'.

I always really enjoy the froth of my cappuccinos, it's delicious especially when topped with chocolate. I don't know if my local Costa had the 'salted caramel fudge crumb available because my mum ordered our drinks whilst I found us a table, and when asked what topping she would like, she just asked for chocolate. However, it would been good if the crumb was still added before the chocolate, but nevermind! The Salted Caramel Cappuccino itself was great, although it had a lot more of a bitter taste than I usually go for. If you are a fan of strong, bitter coffee, then I think you'll definitely enjoy this Christmas flavour.

Costa Christmas Drinks

I would have liked to order the mint hot chocolate for myself but I tend to avoid mint flavoured things whilst I'm out because they often irritate my IBS, which sucks. Costa state on their website, 'Costa Hot Chocolate with a dash of mint syrup, topped with freshly whipped cream and served with an elf-sized candy cane'.

Although the description says a dash of mint, the mint flavouring in this drink was actually really strong. My mum said she enjoyed it very much as she loves anything mint chocolate, although it was very strong and because of this, the after-taste was a little too much. It was almost like too much syrup had been added. I had a little sip of the hot chocolate, and definitely agree, way too much mint haha I think it was very cute that they added a little candy cane! The barista even gave me a candy cane, too :)

Costa Christmas Drinks

I love Costa and I will definitely be going back to try a Christmas hot chocolate before they are no longer available. I'm very much looking forward to it! I might also see what the gingerbread latte is like because I've never tried a gingerbread flavoured hot drink before. What do you think of gingerbread lattes?

Thankyou for reading!

November Doki Doki Box | Review

Hello lovelies! There has been a serious lack of posts on Raiin Monkey this month and for that, I'm so sorry. Living with both mental and physical illness makes blogging really hard at times, and for the last few weeks, I have been having a pretty hard time. I've been struggling with my mental health, with my depression getting overwhelming and in turn, my fibromyalgia and IBS have been flared up and my meds have not been doing much to help. It's been difficult to find the motivation to do the most basic of daily tasks, and so sitting down to write out a blog post or gathering up the energy to take photographs and spend hours editing them has been almost impossible. I've built up so many scribblings of half-written posts in my notebook over the month and looking over them at the weekend, I was determined to get back to blogging this week! I've got a lot to catch up with as there's so much I want to share with you all this month. For today's post, I'll be showing you all what I got inside my latest Doki Doki subscription box. Enjoy!

November Doki Doki Box

If you're a regular reader of my blog, you'll already know a little about Doki Doki , but if not, I'll tell you more :) Doki Doki is a monthly subscription box filled with kawaii items. It is produced by Japan Crate, which is another monthly subscription box filled with all kinds of snacks from Japan. Each Doki Doki box has a different theme, and you get a mixture of Doki Doki's own character merchandise as well as some from other Japanese brands. The theme for November's box was Kawaii Cafe. Keep reading to see what items they included in this box...

November Doki Doki Box

Inside the Kawaii Cafe Box: Croissant Pen, Monthly Hoppe Chan Charm, Puchi Puchi Baguette Pouch, Chocolate Notebook, Exclusive Rilakkuma Sunglasses, Sailor Moon Sweet Mascot Re-ment Blind Box, and a 'Baguette Au Petit Lapin' plush.

November Doki Doki Box

I was really impressed with my latest Doki Doki Box, in fact, I think it was the best box I've received so far! It was great to get a random theme that I would never have expected. It was such a nice surprise and a unique theme. I'll be very happy if the boxes carry on like this!

As a stationery lover, it was fabulous to get a few stationery items in the November box. The crossiant pen is so cool, and I definitely would have loved to received this item when I was in high school and had a thing for quirky pens! I don't know how easy it will be to write with, but I still love it! Something cool about this pen too is that it has a little magnet attached so you can stick it to the fridge or a filing cabinet in a office so you always have a pen handy :)

November Doki Doki Box

Although these sunglasses don't fit in with the overall box theme really well, I mean you're likely not going to be sitting outside a cafe in the sun rockin' your super cute new sunglasses in the middle of November haha not if you live in England right now anyway!, but they are still a nice item to have in preparation for next summer. I love getting exclusive items in my subscription boxes too, because it makes the price for the box and those costly shipping and possibly customs fees seem that much more worth it. It's also awesome that these sunglasses are small and the perfect size for me! They are a good quality too.

November Doki Doki Box

This chocolate notebook is another quirky item in this month's box! I can never have too many notebooks so I'm happy to add this one to my collection and the paper inside is blank which I like. I can use it as a jot pad to just quickly note things down in, and it's small enough for me to take it out and about with me :) The rubber cover of the notebook not only looks cool but it's also scented. It's supposed to smell like chocolate, but it really doesn't haha it's more of a fruity fragrance with a soft undertone of chocolate. Still groovy though :) My favourite thing about it is the bite-mark in the bottom corner that looks like someone's been nibbling away at it. It's super cute!

November Doki Doki Box

One of my favourite things about the Doki Doki crate is the monthly Hoppe Chan charm that is included in every box. The charm is always designed in a way that resembles the theme of each box but is usually a similar overall design. This months charm hopefully was very different and I thought it was fantastic. Hoppe Chan is sitting on cream of a slice of cake, which is decorated with dollops of cream and little gem details. It's a lovely charm and I've never been anything like it before. I like that the decoration on top of the cake is made out of a squishy plastic but is still sturdy enough that I would feel safe hanging this charm on more of my bags without worrying too much that it will easily break.

November Doki Doki Box

November Doki Doki Box

This is the best plushie that I have received in any subscription box! I absolutely love it :) It's so adorable and made out of the softest material and has the sweetest little design... a bunny hiding into a sandwich! Just awwww ♥ He has the cutest little face and ears and blushing cheeks. Also, look at this tiny pom-pom tail! He's just so squishy and precious. Also, well-made too. I'm impressed. Can you tell how much I like him!? :D

November Doki Doki Box

It's no secret that I really love blind boxes and collectible figures, so you can imagine how happy I was when I opened the November box and found this charm blind box inside! I love Sailor Moon when I was a child, and earlier this year started re-watching it so I'm super happy to receive this item. I have always been curious about the blind boxes by Re-ment, a Japanese collectible toy company, so it was great to finally get one. Have you ever got a Re-ment blind box before? What figures?

There was six different charms available in this blind box, and which of the charms has two seperate charms which can be removed if you prefer just one on your charm or want you use one on something else. One of the charms is a chocolate and the other is a pastry/biscuit. I would have been delighted to get any of the charms, but I had two favourites. I didn't get the one that I most wanted but I got my next best choice. It's a super nice charm, colourful and has a good paintjob.

November Doki Doki Box

Oops, I always seem to forgot to get a close up photo of one of the items! This time, it was the 'Puchi Puchi Bagette Pouch'. Apparently 'puchi puchi' in Japanese describes the sound that something squishy makes! This pouch is made from squishy plush material hence the name. It's a cute pouch that can be used to put in either stationery essentials or make-up/make-up brushes. It would only be good for day-to-day amounts though because it's not very big. It might also make a good glasses/sunglasses case because it's squishy which will cushion the glasses and keep them safe, if handled with care. The pouche has a very simplistic design which is made to replicate a simple bagette bun. I like it :)

Overall, I very much enjoyed the November Doki Doki Box. It was wonderful in my opinion, and the items were fun and something a little different, and I'm super excited now to find out what other themes will be in future boxes. With the last few months I've received I was a actually considering cancelling my subscription because I was only getting a few items I liked in each box but not enough to justify the cost of the subscription plus P&P. However, this box changed my mind and I think I'll give the box a few more tries. I was happy that I didn't get a t-shirt this month, because even though they are cute, they don't cater for a variety of plus sizes and that sucks. I love the Kawaii Cafe theme and all of the items are great as well as useful or just nice to have! What do you think of this box?

Thankyou for reading!

November/December Wishlist

Happy December Everyone! I can't believe how close it is to Christmas Day, only 17 days! I am so excited, but nervous too because I still haven't gotten all of my Christmas gifts for everyone sorted! Every year, I tell myself that I'm going to be more organised with my Christmas shopping and then, it never happens, haha. Oops! You may have noticed that I didn't share my usual monthly wishlist last month, I decided to wait until now & post a joint wishlist for both November and December :) Mostly because I barely wanted anything that wasn't more suited for my Kawaii & Geeky Wishlist, so there wasn't enough items to put together a wishlist.  I hope you enjoy reading!

November-December Wishlist

1. Rebel the Unicorn Cat Pin This pin badge is so adorable and has an important message on it too, 'Inclusive Feminism Always'. I have wanted a pin badge from the etsy store RiotCakes for months now, and I would really love to add this one to my pin collection :)

2. Snowy Scene Duvet Set Last year, I planned to get some Christmassy bedding but left it too late and the ones I liked were all out of stock. I absolutely love this winter wonderland nature scene design. It's so pretty and has another design on the reverse side of the duvet which is always nice. Who else has bought some Christmas bedding?

3. 'Macaron Treats' Medium Jar Yankee Candle Yankee Candle have released four new scents for Christmas this year: All Is Bright, Festive Cocktails, Star Anise & Orange and Macaron Treats. I love sweet smelling candles and the description for Macaron Treats definitely appeals to me, 'The classic Parisian macaron- sweet as can be and lighter than air, with notes of vanilla, almond and of course, sugar'. It sounds so lovely!

4. L'Oreal Paris Super Liner Blackbuster Intense I've been wanting to try some different liquid eyeliners for a while now and I prefer the felt-tip style ones, so when one of my favourite youtubers It's Black Friday revealed that this is the eyeliner she uses, I was very curious about trying it out for myself, since her make-up always looks awesome!

5. Plant Turtle Print by Nadia Kim I just fell in love with this print as soon as I saw it. I love the super cute turtles and I really like how they are made up of leaf designs. Reptiles and Nature are two of my favourite things, so it's perfect for me. It's such a pretty print and I would just love to display it on my bedroom wall.

6. Bee Good Vanilla & Honey Lip Balm My lovely friend Estelle shared a post in October all about a Bee Good gift set she was given as a birthday present (read her post here) and ever since reading it, I have wanted to try this Vanilla & Honey lip balm. I'm a big fan of vanilla and I always suffer from dry and cracked lips in Winter so it would be great to try out this product right now :)

7. Aequicorn Seahorse Necklace by Alchemy Gothic This brand makes the most gorgeous gothic jewellery and I have been lusting over their necklaces forever! I recently came across a new alternative online store via instagram and this lovely seahorse necklace was stocked on their website. I think it's stunning and so unique, and I have a mighty need for it.

8. Lush Father Christmas Bath Bomb I seriously need to do a Lush haul and stock up on some of their amazing Christmas products. They have so many lovely bath products available, and since my favourite are the bathbombs, I have quite a few on my wishlist right now. This Father Christmas one was all over social media last Christmas and I was a little jealous that I didn't have one so I'm definitely gonna get myself one as soon as possible.

9. Lush Mistletoe Bath Bomb What attracted me to this Christmas bathbomb was the colours. It's a pretty blue and pink bathbomb and I'm sure it makes gorgeous bath art. The ingredients are a mix of jasmine, ylang ylang and vetivert, and I very much enjoy the scent of ylang ylang!

10. Lush Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb This is another of the bath bombs that everyone was sharing photos of on instagram last Christmas and I really want to try it! It just looks so colourful and I can imagine that it's filled with lots more colours inside. I'm not keen on the scent of lavender, but since it's also got ylang ylang oil in, I hope that I still enjoy it.

11. Pokemon Fake Plug Jewellery This item might have been better for my Kawaii & Geeky wishlist, however I really really want it and am probably going to order it very soon so I thought I could make an exception haha. I have always loved the look of ear plugs but I don't want to stretch my ear lobes, so getting a fake plug is the next best thing. This eevee plug, and also the pokeball plug which is also available on the EMP website, are awesome and they look just like real plugs!

12. Sloth Collage T-shirt I think this tee is just so cool! I love sloths so much, they are really cute and I like how there's a mixture of two-toed and three-toed sloths on it. I just need this tee in my life. Who wouldn't want this shirt!? Just look it at!

13. Fox Necklace by MissDiary on Etsy Late last month, my best friend sent me a post on facebook filled with gifts perfect for anyone who loves foxes. It included some wonderful items, and this fox necklace was my favourite of the lot! Foxes have always been one of my favourite group of animals, and I wanted to work with them before I discovered my love of reptiles. At the moment, I'm trying to build my necklace collection up and this would be a fabulous addition. I usually prefer silver to rose gold, however I think this rose gold plated necklace looks so nice. I think the simplistic design of the fox head is fantastic, too.

Thankyou for reading!
