February Kawaii Box

Happy April everyone! I am so behind on my blogging schedule after the rocky start to last month. I feel like I'm finally ready to get back on track and I'm looking forward to writing the posts I have planned for this month :) I'm really glad that it's springtime and I have some fun things organised with my friends so I'm feeling optimistic and happy about the days ahead! One of the posts that I didn't get around to writing last month was my monthly Kawaii Box post, so here it is :) Enjoy!

kawaii box, kawaii,
In this month's box: (1) Korean DIY Magic Balloon Set, (2) Taiyaki Crepe Charm, (3) Funny Forest Greeting Card, (4) Korean DIY Stitching Keychain, (5) DIY Beard Bracelet Set, (6) Bourbon Petit Green Tea Flavoured Cookies, (7) Lucky Baby Sheep Pen, (8) Moomin Plushie, (9) Cute Bunny Paperclips, (10) Neko Sticker Sheet, (11) Kawaii Mini Pouch

My favourite item in the February Kawaii Box is of course the adorable Moomin plushie! *insert lots of heart eyed emojis* I absolutely love the Moomins; it was one of my favourite cartoons when I was little and I even named one of my bunnies 'Moomin'. Its such a lovely plushie, is great quality and feels really soft. I love the pale blue colour of Moomin's eyes and I'm so happy to have received this in my box. I'm not the best at stitching but it will be fun to give the DIY stitching keyring a go or I could gift it to a friend who enjoys needlework. I'm excited to try the green tea cookies, they look yummy! I think it's really good that they've included such a big packet (you get 24 cookies!).

I think the design of the kawaii mini pouch is so sweet, with the little bunny, the strawberries and hearts, and the ice-creams! It's made of silky smooth material and feels really nice. It's just a shame that it's so small so I'm not sure what to use it for, but I'll think of something. It's too cute not to use! The taiyaki crepe charm is perfect for people who love Japanese snacks! I'm really impressed with all the fine details that have been incorporated into it's design; all of the little scales and even the golden brown colouration of the crepe are so good. I love the look of the pink cream inside. It's a lovely little charm. Another item that I really love in this month's kawaii box was the DIY bracelet set. I've always enjoyed making my own bracelets and this little set is so pretty. I like how the beads come in a jar and how they are all pastel colours. I'm going to save this for a rainy day :)

It seems like I say this in every kawaii box review that I write, but I really love how there's always a sticker sheet inside! I love these adorable kitty stickers, they are a little different to the style I usually receive because they come with little clothes so you can dress the cats. I think it's such a sweet idea, and the dresses are lovely. They remind me of lolita dresses. You can never have too many cute pens in my opinion and I'm very glad to add this cute sleepy sheep pen to my collection.

This funny forest greeting card is probably my second favourite item in the February box. I just think the design is so pretty, especially the doe and little mushrooms. It's actually a pop up style card; the card remains flat but the animals & plants can be lifted up to make a 3D card. I've never actually seen a card like this before, and I don't think I'm ever gonna use it because it's too lovely. I think these rabbit paperclips are so awesome! I can't wait to use them in my filofax planner. I like how they are large paperclips, which I prefer to the tiny ones, and they feel strong enough to hold a good chunk of paper. I also really like how each one is a different character, and my favourite is the grey rabbit with glasses and a pink dress. I'm a little disappointed that there's a mark on one of their faces, but they are still great!

I forgot to get a close up photograph of korean DIY balloon making kit, oops! haha I think this is a really interesting and quirky item to receive, and I'm looking forward to attempting to make some balloon animals. I used to be fascinated watching these balloons being made in front of me at birthday parties when I was little, especially when I was given a poodle shaped one! What was/is your favourite balloon shape?

Thankyou for reading!

    1. I know, right!? :) I absolutely love it! I would recommend this box, I've really enjoyed the boxes I've received so far. Each of them always contains 10-12 kawaii items, and it works out at around £13 (free shipping too!). Tbankyou x
