Infinity Dreams Awards | Tag

I was tagged to do the Infinity Dreams Awards by the lovely Estelle over at Estellosaurus :) I really enjoy doing these tag things so thankyou for tagging me!

The Rules

1) Thank the blogger who tagged you for the Infinity Dreams Awards
2) State 11 facts about yourself
3) Answer the 11 questions that you were asked by the blogger who tagged you
4) Think of 11 questions for the bloggers you tag to answer
5) Tag other bloggers :)

11 facts about me

I don't know how to swim
I can sign the entire ABC in American Sign Language
I have hugged a skunk! (It was so cuddly and fluffy and I want one!)
I am a Ravenclaw & very proud of that :)
The next tattoos on my wishlist are a barn owl, on the bottom of my left calf & an adorable Hamtaro tattoo on my arm. It's such a shame that my dream tattooist is 3 hours away!
I love photographing insects. I absolutely love them!
I am constantly bursting into song, singing songs from Musicals & Disney. I'm sure I drive my family mad!
I literally live in black leggings. I have several pairs that look exactly the same!
We've all done embarassing things when we were kids, and when I was around 10 years old I was a little obsessed with vampires and we had a giant box in the house so I drew gothic things all over it and slept in it for over a week pretending I was a vampire!! hahaha
I can't fall asleep unless the duvet is over my mouth. I'm not sure why, but I've done it all of my life.
My favourite drink is banana milkshake & my favourite alcoholic drink is Jรคgermeister
I'm scared of the dentist, so I see a special dentist for people who have phobias & get laughing gas (nitrous oxide) everytime I need an injection.

Pansies, Pansy Flower,

Here are my answers to the questions I was asked:

1) Adult Colouring- are you into the trend?

I love adult colouring books, but I have never not liked colouring books. I've been a fan of  colouring books since I was little and still always bought them or got them for Christmas from my mum. I'm glad that the designs now are more intricate and there's so many different themes available.

2) Best joke?

I'm rubbish at jokes, but here's a joke from a penguin bar that I thought was a lot more hilarious than it was when I read it! How does a penguin build it's house? Igloos it together :D

3) Best chat-up line?

I didn't know any funny cheesy chat-up lines off by heart so I headed to google and I spent about 3 hours of my life not being able to breathe because I was laughing so much at some of the examples I saw :) Here are some of them:

Are you a fruit, because Honeydew you know how fine you look right now?

Are you an Appendix? Because I have a funny feeling in my stomach that makes me feel like I should take you out.

Are you a parking ticket? 'Cause you got fine written all over you.

4) Last text message you received (even if its a bit saucy!)

'Just cooking tea, you?' Me & my lovely friend Sophie were having our daily catch-up.
5) You can only eat one meal for the rest of your life- what are you going to eat?

That would definitely have to be a carvery meal, although my IBS would not be happy about that!

6) One programme from your childhood you'd bring back?

It was so hard to narrow this down to one, but I think it will have to be Powerpuff Girls (which one was your favourite? Let me know in the comments. Mine was Buttercup! ).

7) Last book you read?

Divergent by Veronica Roth. I was supposed to be reading Origin of Species by Charles Darwin for the reading challenge I'm doing but I haven't yet, oops.

8) Plug a recent blog post you loved writing?

I really enjoyed writing my post for National Masturbation Month. Although I was super nervous about posting a 'taboo' topic like that, writing it was great fun. I'm very prone to getting writer's block when I'm trying to write up my posts, but this one was so easy to write. I had to keep reminding myself to stay on track too because I was writing so much!

9) What did you have for tea last night?

I had chicken tikka pieces from Iceland (they are delicious!) with tortilla wraps and salad.

10) Brothers and sisters- got them? Tell me about them!

I have four older brothers & a younger sister. My oldest brother is 15 years older than me! Something that I think is pretty cool is that the two oldest boys and me, the oldest girl, look more like my dad with dark hair and green eyes, and the two younger boys and my sister look like my mum with lighter hair and brown eyes! :)

11) Game of Thrones- yay or nay?

I absolutely love GoT ♥ The books are amazing! My favourite characters are Arya and Tyrion, and my favourite of Daenerys' dragons is Rhaegal (just because I love his emerald green & bronze colouration).

I'm lovin' the weather lately; it's been fantastic for flower photography in my garden :)

Here are my questions for you:

What's your favourite insect?
Which do you prefer- white, milk or dark chocolate?
What is your favourite topic to blog about or type/style of post to write?
List one thing you're looking forward to this summer.
What's the best toy you've ever got insider a kinder egg?
Tell us about something embarassing or super adorable that you did when you were a child?
What's your favourite lipstick shade?
Last movie/tv show that made you cry?
Name something on your wishlist right now & tell us why you want it.
What's your dream job?
Recommend a blog that you enjoy reading.

& finally, I nominate these wonderful bloggers to do the Infinity Dreams Awards tag:

Amy

Thankyou for reading!

I hope you are all having a great weekend!

  2. HA! I love that appendix chat-up line, it's too funny ;) And I'm glad you took your vampire love as far as you could, haha. It's important to commit to passions! In fairness, my sixteen-year-old self's love for vampire stuff ingrained itself into my brain and resulted, eight years later, in a trip to Transylvania, so I guess that vampire thing never really goes away ;)

    Congrats on the nomination! :)

    1. hahaha it's so funny when I look back on it! :D oh dear, I was an embarassing child! My family are used to me and my strange ways! Apparently my mum ask 'what are you making?' and I just answered really casually 'oh just a coffin'. You know, like every other child makes :D

  5. Ah thanks for the nomination honey!
It was great to get to know even more about you. My favourite PPG was Blossom because she was a determined redhead like me (my natural colour)...

I will read your masturbation post next - well done you for writing about it!

I absolutely love red/ginger hair, it's lovely! I get tiny bits of ginger throughout my hair in summer. My great grandad was Irish with auburn hair so I think that's who it's from :) Blossom was awesome!

Thankyou :) I'm a little proud of myself for posting it x
